Who sells Dragon Partisans?
So i'm looking to upgrade my polearm and i cant seem to find any dragon partisans anywhere in fm so i have no clue on how much they are. Can anyone indulge me, i'm in Broa by the way. And also now that gm scrolls are untradeable know anyone who will do the scrolling service for me aswell? Thanks

lol yeah i meant lionheart partisan , it sounds cooler being dragon right?
Hmm yeah i will need to wait till at least july when my psb unseals and maybe sell it.

I believe this is a bad time to be investing in a Partisan. They are as rare as they have ever been -- while at the same time being in the highest demand.
The hope is that Nexon will increase their availability, either through an event or through fixing Empress (who drops the 140 weapons).
Even so, they will remain rare and expensive and demand will continue to increase.
As for scrolling, I wouldn't trust anyone to scroll it for me (unless it was before I paid them). You should probably pick up some white scrolls while they're still cheap.
