At the time he was cubing, he probably couldn't afford a nicely scrolled ATK belt which is probably why he resorted to using this. Nonetheless, now he can afford one. Lol.

Ended up selling for more than 8b, i was recubing my legendary belt (because it was only 9% str) and i completely didnt expect the outcome but i was never going to ruin that potential. Bought the belt and epic potted it and around 30ish cubes were used? Thanks for the messages guys!

You can't craft legendary tier. Only accessible with cubes.
