cygnus knight 10% exp boost
so, dunno if people have noticed but every time i level up i get 10% exp boost so i start 10% and only need 90% to level up. Is this from an event, or a special skill or a glitch? also do ultimate adventurers get this? ive looked around for it but i cant seem to get any information on it

All CK now get the 10% exp boost when they lvl up. It's permanent and it's not a glitch.
i got it a couple times on my thunder breaker... and my guildie on his dawn warrior.
I would like to know if its permanent.
