Maker skill question

What is the difference between forging stimulator and production stimulator?
I can't tell the difference -_-

Stimulators don't act as chaos scrolls - that's what dark/black crystals do. Stimulators guarantee that the item being made will be AT LEAST average, and possibly above average. However, they also come with a 10% chance that the item will fail to be made, and will blow up your stuff instead.

Ah, I see I misunderstood. IN both simulators, there isn't a difference.
