Explorers getting Cygnus skills
So I've got this quest for me to kill some bunnies to get empress might. I'm assuming that after this quest there is another one which let's me get my skill.
So here's my problem, I'm level 110 and I might even be 12X by the time I start this quest. Apparently, exp and drop rate has greatly decreased for me so will it take many times longer for me to finish this quest?
Also If I forfeit this quest, will I get another one with higher level monsters to kill and will I get the quest back at all?
If I do manage to finish the first quest, will I face the same problem for the second one?

Alright thanks for ansrs.. Now new question, for each quest that levels the skill up, is it something simple like talk to npc, kill 20 monsters or would it be like the quest that you get the skill from where you hunt some itmes for hours.

When you finish the quest, you automatically get the skill, it doesn't use SP. Then all subsequent quests raise the level of the skill until it reachs 5 (max level). I believe you can only do the quest every 10 levels or something though...
To be honest.... You'll probably be 13x or 14x before the quest is finished. Just finished my Level 5 Soul Driver today

The drops are quest items, unaffected by new drop rate system. I hunted for and got 8 dews yesterday on my 4th job DrK. Same thing with second quest. Be prepared though- the dews drop very rarely.
