itme drop rate drops if 20 level higher?

^ is this true? so im level 128 and if i were to hunt [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-monster-Hankie-317.html]level 107 monster,[/url] will the drop rate stay the same or will it be reduced?
