I think we all know Hyper Skills will arrive in April along with Evolving System unless they put in some crappy annual event like Easter.

It MIGHT (notice the "MIGHT" come with Hayato because I didn't expect hypers for heroes to come with Kaiser.
Hayato is coming next week. Hyper skills would probably be mid-late March.
More like right after hayato, if we're lucky
they're probably just unintentionally taunting us with a random background change, it'll be a summer update or something and I will be disappoint :C
