I love the emerald themed animations (extremely biased) so sky song for sure .
Arrow Blaster doesn't activate AFA, while Sky Song has Trifling Whim. Sky Song wins out unless Arrow Blaster is fixed.

You can't just directly compare two skills without taking into account of the two classes' other skills. Just their FA alone are completely different.
