1st Job
Archer Mastery: the ability to use skills without arrows has been removed
2nd Job
Bow Booster: duration has been increased from 180 seconds to 300 seconds, cast delay has been decreased
Soul Arrow: Bow: duration has been increased from 180 seconds to 300 seconds
Quiver Cartridge: Poison Arrows' DoT damage has been increased from 90% to 150% , Drain Arrows' HP healed has been changed from 20% of your damage to 3% of your maximum HP
3rd Job
Marksmanship: damage boost has been removed, in addition to existing effects Marksmanship now gives 25% attack
Arrow Platter: installed Arrow Platter's damage has been increased from 125% to 140%, installed turret will no longer activate Final Attack or Damage Reflect
4th Job
Hurricane: damage has been increased from 300% to 330%
Uncountable Arrows: damage has been decreased from 380% to 350%, number of hits has been increased from 4 to 5
Bow Expert: attack boost has been increased from 30 to 60
Illusion Step: duration has been increased from 240 seconds to 300 seconds
Armor Piercing: activation rate and stacking system have been removed, this skill now has a 100% activation rate but has a reactivation cooldown of 1 second (hard to explain but basically, it will let you ignore defense and deal extra damage based on the enemy's defense rate on one attack then go on cooldown for 1 second)
Wound Shot: number of hits has been increased from 4 to 6
Advanced Quiver: Poison Arrows' DoT damage has been increased from 110% to 220%, Drain Arrows' HP healed has been changed from 30% of your damage to 5% of your maximum HP, cast delay has been removed
Hyper
Hurricane - Reinforce: damage boost has been increased from 20% to 25%, damage boost now applies to Arrow Platter and it's installed turret
Preparation: this skill can no longer be debuffed
Without the cooldown turret 30s BM received a huge buff

@ProHealer: One attack does not mean one hit. That is also Max's description and not the skill description or extraction data. Armor Break generally effects around 4 of Hurricane's hits; at least visually when I was active.

It seems that kms bm's AFA is glitched (kms 1.2.238).

Judging from those 3 statistics, AFA proc rate is ~50% (instead of 70%).
I wonder if this is happening to gms as well right now. Hopefully gms would implement this battle statistics feature soon .

Armor break activates once a second so it activates 1/(total h/s) of the time which is around 3% of the time compared to the 27% rate that is expected with our current GMS skill description. Obviously, with the "glitch"/limitation in place, our current armor break activates far less than 27% of the time using hurricane.
It's probably worth noting that we might be "buffed" from the fixes to AFA (if there was any issue w/ our hurricane AFA at all)
this week is a wonderful week.
Bowmasters got pretty good buffs and skill fixes that they needed and my Lakers got D'Angelo Russell. now lets hope we make a big splash in free agency. <3 <3

Armor Breaks changes are most likely a buff or a "no change" whether its currently bugged or not.
An unbugged Armor Break activates at a 25-27% rate.
The new Armor Break is most likely a number around 24-50%, with the 50% being more probable.
Hard to say for sure because there are some questions about Armor Break that remain unanswered.

Well apparently it has a 2000 second cooldown between triggers, but it behaves oddly with hurricane and all it's supplementary skills. I speculate that the change to armor break is very significant. Besides all that they did buff bowmaster mobbing a fair bit, poison arrows deal 220% damage now, quiver has no delay and arrow stream now hits 5 times (6 with hyper). I think the greatest loss we have is the AFA from turret.
I accept these changes cause it lets me train the same way and gollux the same way.
@AssMuppet what were the activation problems with it? I remember Armor Piercing proccing a couple of times within a second for me. Although, I havent played my bm much recently.

That was me. I was so excited about the removal of the cd when I read about it earlier this week. Initially I predicted this would happen, but I lost faith when they still had it in the 3rd tweak update notes. I considered making a new post, but I figured most people saw it in the general posts. Now if they could just rush this update to GMS instead of making us wait half a year haha.
@AeroReborn Considering the activation problems with armor piercing it's probably better than it was before.
While i do not know the exact numbers/calculations, i'm going to speculate that bowmasters got most of these buffs to make up for the cooldown on Armor piercing. Armor piercing is different per boss, but its quite some damage loss against some of the higher end bosses with a 1 second cooldown. If you just look at BMs damage range, then this seems like a buff.
I guess we'll have to wait for the calcs and whatnot to see how significant these changes actually are. At least they decided to remove the cooldown on turret (thank god).
Where's that guy that made a poll on arrow blaster? Turret is safe again guys. Liking this patch, more motivation to play my bm haha.
