i think the revamp koc in kmst is too much
o.o well the striker (thunder breaker) in 4th job they have many skill mob special ThunderBolt dmg 1400% ...no cool down that too much wth Snipe (hv too wait hyper skill 195) but the hyper skill of they just normal

Actually, I'd say it's about time. Cygnus Knights haven't been relevant for basically anything important in the last three years. UA/Empress Blessing were minor pros to making one at best.
