How should I go about buying my endgame equips?

I was wondering what to buy/scroll/get in some form for my endgame equips. Right now I have pretty lackluster equips but I plan on changing that xD
Right now I'm wearing:
Time Traveler's laurel (scrolled once)
Red Bazura (clean) 2L rare pot 3% int
HTP scrolled once, 2L epic pot 3% int
White Seraph Cape (+6 int)
Tenacious Green Leather Belt 2L epic pot 4% int
Blue Sneakers 3L rare pot 2% int 2% luk
Gold Manute 2L rare pot 2% int
Half earrings 2L epic pot 6% int, 6 m.atk
Crusader's zeal ring
Epinea's ring
Angelic Blessing ring
Evo. Ring 3 Lv. 10
My weapon is a legendary dragon staff with 128 m.att and 6% int so that's the first thing I want to upgrade, obviously.
I also have 3 mystic items (face accessory, eye accessory, and pendant) and plan on getting the belt and earrings too. I'm honestly not sure if getting the set will boost my range or lower it, but it's not like I've got anything better to do on Maple than farm crusader coins Dx
My range is around 20k, and I have about 1.5 bil (not a lot I know but I'm planning on making more.)
So what should I buy? Empress? Should I buy clean so that I can scroll/pot it myself, or pre-scrolled? Help would be greatly appreciated.
