I got hacked on 12/22/10, but never filed a ticket, cuz everyone knows nexon doesn't do much in regards to such tickets..till now. Should I bother filing a ticket? I'm thinking they're just gonna think that I'm lying to get the package though.

ok... im really confused here i wasn't hacked, and i haven't played ms in about a month then i go online, see i'm getting compensated for being "hacked" and i get like, 16 pieces of timeless armor and some scrolls O__O... should i be concerned that i was "hacked" D:? i checked all my characters, nothing i remember having was lost

Do you have to log a ticket in order to get an email/package?
i wanna know if i'll get one too. i got hacked earlier this year, but i just sent a ticket now, seeing as nexon's actually starting to respond. its authentic, b/c i actually WAS hacked, but i doubt i'll get compensation, since they might be suspicious.
@thinkfast7: if you receive an email from nexon about the package then a message will pop up when you log onto maple. @IronVaj: filed mine a couple of months ago

I got another question...if i can get the package, and I lvl to 120...will I be able to get timeless or lvl 120 stuff?
