Back from many years, how much funding is noughquot?
{E} Meant to say "how much funding is enough?"
Long time no see but I probably don't know anyone anymore so anyway
I found it incredibly easy to level just turning 170 in 2 days. I'm from Pre Big-Bang and I only have 2B mesos left on my account which used to be a lot, but I don't think so anymore since NX used to be like 1:3 when I played. Besides some yellow snowshoes and work gloves I have (haha), I got to 170 using mostly clean equips.
I am basically super confused about the potential system and the % things.
So I see a lot of item smegaphones that have like 50% luk or whatever on each item, but I just want to be decent funded enough to maybe get like over 200 or be able to not have a hard time as I get over 200.
What's the best route for me equip-wise so people won't kick me from parties and laugh at my damage lol. Should I look for at least like 15% stat equips?
I don't know, any help would be beyond helpful

@Ellinia: There's so many different things to do in game now. It really depends on what you plan to do when you're online. However, it is a lot easier to do more damage than it was a while back. The economy is trash, so many clean equips are cheap. Cubes are plentiful (through events and crafting), and star force made it easier for everyone to enhance all their equips.

Well first of all you are gonna want to make your 2b more
I came back to maple recently too
In order to increase your range effectively you need to know when to spend and when to earn.
You wont be merching with 2b because merching is too high risk for the reward because of owl of mirvana websites
The way you are going to make money is by doing bosses and making money off the bosses you do
Every day do zakum, hilla, easy horntail, easy magnus
Zakum items sell for 1m eachish
Necromancer same
Silver Blossom Ring - 70-100m and even higher if you get a 6% stat one
Magnus' badge 200m
Magnus shoulder 60m
Nova items (only the shoe is worth psok imo) around 2b
Normal Gollux - Sell gollux scroll service for 200/0 (200 if pass 0 if fail you get about 15 coins per day)
Now to get the psok you are going to have to farm reward points
Before you work on getting 15% gear you need to start with 6%, 6% gear is pretty cheap.
And set effects.
in order to do the following bosses you should get
6% level 130 gollux pendant 200-300
6% level 130 gollux belt 200-300
6% silver blossom -400
6% tempest ring -500
6% half earrings - 150m
Spell traced emperess & enhanced 650m for 5 pieces approx (hat, glove, shoe, cape, overall(
Spell traced weapon (depends on your class)
Work on each piece of equipment and then from that point on start doing bosses daily and try to get a store permit and sell your stuff
Sell the stuff and work your way up goood luck
ALSO, farm nut coins you have 6 days
How much funding is "enough"? Depends on your mindset.
If you're playing for "perfection", trying to have everything in as little time as possible to somehow "win" an unwinnable game, there is no limit to what's "enough" for funding.
However, if you're playing to just enjoy yourself and aren't obsessed with having the highest possible stats in everything, then any funding is enough... including none.
See, if you just play for fun and not obsess over damage, you'll get there on your own eventually. You'll make the mesos over time (or all of a sudden with the right item or event). The items you collected today may one day be worth a fortune to someone down the road. For example, I had enough NX from some old events to get a 1-day shop and decided to get rid of some old rare event scrolls I'd been sitting on for a few years and a couple of other decent things. They were worth a little back then, but not nearly as much as now. I made 1b in under 24 hours just from that. I know a friend who's sitting on a small mountain of Onyx Apples. When she got them, they weren't worth much. Now, who knows?
See, I could have sold those things before, but I had no need to. I was doing just fine with what I was earning on my own and a good moment came to off-load some junk. Turns out it was valuable junk.
well, your best and easiest options is to get clean cra (hat top bottom weapon) thats gonna cost u a few hundred mill, then aim for some gollux(try reinforced but solid should be fine) and really ythats what 2bill is gonna get you. all u really need is 6% for now but err get some spell traces and enhance ur stuff to 10 stars now that they made enhancing super easy and super cheap. with that u should be hitting close to 1mill
