Are these worth anything now a days?
I haven't seen anyone else with them either. Would these be categorized as a rare "Collectable" item?

It's alway nice to have a level 20 one with good stats for early levels.
@elloimalex: lv 40-110 are tradeable i believe and there's shoulders from events that are better and very easy to obtain. Not really stressing it, i got it free from a friend

Should of kept it. Not many tradeable shoulder pads besides the level 100 ones.
