Purple Surfboards in new worlds
I have a level 80 or so DK in Nova, and I was wondering if there is anyway to get a Purple Surfboard.
I am a novice when it comes to how to get it, and I had heard it was available in a quest pre-BB, but I'm not sure if there were any other ways to get one.
Summary: How do I/can I get a PSB in nova?

won't be able to transfer for a long time, even arcania doesn't have mts yet

Can't you transfer a char from another world w/ a larger amount of PSBs w/ a PSB? That'll be a way.
