Need help with skele training

Hello, and let me thank you before hand for reading.

I leveled to 79 and have level 28 mist and want to know how much INT I need to hit skele's. I've done some research and there seems to be no "definitive" magic acc formula. So if you could, how much INT did you have before you could skele? I have ~380 right now, normal luk, but I just capped it at 82.

Missing is completely normal. Do not worry about magic accuracy or anything like that. You should be able to hit skeles 100% of the time at around level 100, which is obviously kind of far away. At level 79 your hit rate is going to be very low and it will be probably very frustrating at first, but once you get into the swing of things you'll level really quickly. Even with the misses misting is still highly efficient training and fantastic experience.

However, I advise against skeleing at level 79. Max mist is really important, at your current level you'll end up having to struggle trying to finish off skeles with ~4k hp left over and obviously with such a low hit rate that's going to be a problem.
