Help Account has been blocked
So I tried logging into my account via nexon website. And it says my account has been blocked and to contact billingpp(at)nexon(dot)net. I have done so and have still yet to receive a reply. There is no reason why account should've have been blocked. I do not scam, nor do I hack. >.<

people are better off buying nxprepaid cards instores or from online sources.
Nexon has a family of monkeys working in their billing department.
It happens a lot to people who purchase NX onine using a debit or credit card. Your bank, or services such as Paypal may charge back your purchase automatically or you may have done it accidental or on purpose. Either way, this is most likely the reason why and from what I've heard it's easily fixable. Just be patient for their reply and look through your bank transaction history for any charge back.
Did you buy NX with a credit card and charge it back, even on accident with Paypal perhaps? If so, that would trigger a billing ban.
