It's an extra chance to level up Mana Reflection for Adventurer Mages. I don't know about Evans and Battle Mages though.

VIP is indeed better only for now since it can get lvl120+ potential (will be changed to lvl70+ potential in chaos patch though), but timeless is much more rare (or was rare?), so most ppl who use it just for collection or something and yea it is a very sexy factor~

You obviously don't know who Nerola is and what he is capable of doing.
Every heard of Lachrymus? He perfect scrolls just about everything he owns with Pam's Songs he stacked up on a while ago. This Staff is scrolled with 50% Staff M.Att which are cost a pretty penny each, and passing all 9 of them with White Scrolls and/or Pam's Songs would cost even more.
You don't have to be a hacker to have nice items y'know..

This Staff puts my Staff to shame.. if only I had waited until now when the Gach Box event came back I probably could've gotten my hands on some 50%s
