Im in the middle of a trade. Concerto

Ok, so I'm selling my concerto and this guy is offering me 600mil.
The stats of the Concerto are:

110 atk Dex +2
0 slots 1 hammer used

Rare
3% Dex
+5 Str

Is this a decent deal or will I get rip off? O.o

The offer on the auction wasn't even 400mil. Someone found out about the auction and whispered me In game.
In the end, not even the auction passed 600mil, I decided to delete it to avoid issues.
Btw, the gun was sold for 1bil.
