How do I get the mount soaring skill?
My friend gave me a permanent owl mount thingy just yesterday, but it can't fly.
So he said to go get the skill at dragon rider pq for 50m.
I went there and got no quest.
None of the light bulb quests had anything to do with the mount either.
I also checked all of my quests (available, completed, in progress), and none are for the skill.
Can someone help me? ^-^'' I also checked up on Chief Tatamo in Leafre. Nothing.

I am having this same problem. I dont think you can do the quest anymore after the patch...Lets all send a ticket to nexon!

But isn't the soaring skill from that quest only usable in the PQ place? Or did they change it? I haven't been doing that PQ lately @.@
