I would sell. No cube.
I easily got 9 percent on top and bot but I recubed it anyway and have 12 percent on bot and 15 percent on top, so I suggest selling it for top/bot.
i suggest cubing it, cause i am sure u can get better than 9% if its legendary pot. Of course , u might have to cube a few times in order to get a good str% pot

Yea I prefer top and bottom as well, which is why I was disappointed when I got this from Root abyss. (Why couldn't it have been a neos? ._.)
