Remember this, nothing will ever stack that's a drop coupon and familiar with each other.
The only thing I'm not sure is if the Lucky Winter stacks with familiars or not (until leaving map).

Does not stack with the cake/pie buff. "Cakes United" will re-cast and override the Easter Egg buff. How do I know? I tried it today and watched my Easter Egg buff vanish.
