Basic tips to boost att range ?
So I'm working on boosting my att range , its 35-40k. It's bad I know, my weapon won't change until perfect innocence comes out or I manage to find a perfected 50% empress. What affordable (500M range per item) % equips/ stat equips will help me achieve a bonus of 10k damage if possible? (Trying to get to at least 50k-60k att range) or whatever is the above average att range for 190-200 MMs.

what do you mean?
A cheap and easy way is to kill monsters and get their monster card. The more you have the move +all stats it gives also get a card set i think el nath's card set gives you +2 attack not too sure
