Isn't it suppose to be + 40% and 20%? Not decrease your attack by that amount?

That's what the actual skill should do. Just the whole ' - ' made me go, wtf? Lol.
There's really a minus symbol in game before the skill. I would guess it reduces 40% of the attack of the monsters and 20% of your party attacks. We should ask Nexon

Not sure... and that contradicition of Max Damage...
