Link skill not working
I hit lvl 70 on my phantom, but when I tried to link Phantom Instinct it just told me I had to reach lvl 70, then I job advanced but it still won't let me. If it makes a difference, I still have [Job Advancement] That's So Raven from second job advancement in progress for some reason, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do, can someone help?
