You need to be at most 5 levels beneath the monster for you to gain exp from party members without hitting the monster. Everyone but the first poster doesn't know what they're talking about. (You can also hit the monster once to gain exp, as long as it's not a miss).

Minimum level for any monster is 5 levels below the monster's level. Therefore crocky leech is level 110 (As crockies are level 115).

to leech you must be 111 or 112 to get exp from other players
110 to get in.
120 to leech I believe
110 is the minimum to even enter and crockys are level 115,so 110 to leech and train at crockys
