I just wanna be able to fight the mini bosses... D: I've done 88 quests and have still not fought a mini boss. Where can I fight Victor? Do I have to do the quests to a certain point?

hey Awsomegamer99 is there other ways to get capes, belts, etc without killing magnus or the daily repeatable quests?
meh it ish good questline, Killed Victor,got 2 Helisium capes and finally,over 30+ mini boss kills,i got mah Cape!
It's like Chryse on steroids.
