Doesn't the Minister of Magic (or one of those dudes in the first Mushroom Kingdom map anyway) still give the Prime Minister card out for free for people who can't get into the Wedding Hall any longer..?

I don't think you can go back after level 50 or something. I've tried on my chars but that was a long time ago.
