So i was just fusing some nebulites for fun and i came across a +1% att nebulite. Is it good? and how much is it worth?

They said that but it never happened.
Just go to any Pot Merchant if you want to put a socket in an item.
In Galicia 1% stat nebs sell for around 10~20m I'm guessing they'll be cheaper in most other servers.
1% dmg neb however isn't worth much because most people prefer to just use a 2-4% total dmg neb or 15% ignore def instead which is only around 30m.
