What are the odds of getting a familiar

Hey i just wanted to know what are the odds of getting a familiar ive been killing the golems for like an hour and still no familiar i just wanted to know what are the odds of getting a familiar card. Also the odds of getting the pumpkin familiar from the bag?

i'm thinking that more familiars might be able to drop if you have all of the ones currently available. you'd think nexon would state this if it was the case but who knows. if anyone would like to test the theory be my guest. i'd do it myself but i think the drop rate system is in effect for these since i can't find a single familiar and i'm lv161 -_-

yeah but the stone golems are level like 9 or something and ive been killing em for 2 hours im level 43 and ive gotten 15%

ot: familiars are fairly rare once you get to monsters past 15~20, like somebody else was saying.
