ive got no admin privileges and havent made a reset key, or even better a way to bypass maplestory without needing admin password

Normally to "run as Administrator" you have to enter the Administrator password first.
Otherwise there would be no point in having passwords.
It's not Maplestory that needs Administrator privileges, it's Hackshield. Without Administrator privileges, Hackshield won't run.
And without Hackshield, Maplestory won't run.
