Phantom's can steal any none passive skill from any of the original 5 classes (Thieves, Mages, Pirates, Warriors, and Bowman, aka explorer classes) So yes they can steal HS and Haste.

You don't have to know Korean... Just to know what to do in some cases.

TT is a stolen skill, and you can't steal ANY skill, only explorers' ones...

i agree, and the card skill isn't that ranged
it's about the distance of demon impact used by DS, which is a melee fighter
and don't blame him for not playing in Korea, he's probably laggin alot

Bro, it's harder than it looks like... I'm not that strong in KMS since I just go in to check stuff and I don't really have time to learn Korean for getting stuff or money T.T
