I cannot create a new account for the life of me. Errors left and right. I want to make a Priest for HS and I can't create a new account!

Yeah I was, I said I was making a priest for HS. Why would I create a priest for HS on the same account as my main character? I can't HS him while the priest is offline...
I just stated it. I can't play two characters at the same time on one account.
