Oh, didn't realize this. Thought it was always blue for down and red for going up like usual. I haven't paid much attention to the game until recent and thought it was weird my CB kept jumping in rank. Didn't think that many people were being banned so you're probably right.

That's not a glitch.
A higher numeric rank is obviously farther down on the list than a lower numeric rank.
