Dex Cap for new character
I know this question has been asked time and again but i would like to know where should I cap my dex with 800mil right now, I have the cannoneer's link skill and evo ring III and I have access to zak and scar/targa runs when possible

This irritates me. You admit that the question has been asked over and over, implying that you know the question has been [b]answered[/b] over and over. A simple Google Search or even [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2136335/159]scrolling[/url] down in the Shadower forum would make this entire thread unnecessary.
