If he plans on perfect scrolling a dagger, I'm pretty sure he can afford a VIP dagger. He'll lose less money if he ends up selling it too.

Scroll a higher leveled tradeable dagger (for resale value), such as a VIP or a Nox Von Leon.
The thing about reverse/timeless is that no one in windia has one that is 111+att clean for sale and its pissing me off since I wasted 17k on smegas already lol...
