It's not that it's bugged, it just never made giga wave faster in transformation mode and i dont think it was meant to, that would be seriously op if you think about it

there is no speed cap once you get green pots.. so get as much speed as you can, speed is always good
Exactly what @TripleBladez said. You hit the speed cap[Faster(2)] and when Majesty is inactive, you're not hitting speed cap. And since all end game 2h swords are Normal(6), I would think SI is worth it.
Important to note that majesty & si dont increase atk speed while transformed.
