PC>Khainian VIP gun

Hey!

I'm after a quick price check on a VIP gun. Its 88 attack (4 below average I know D: ), 8 dex and 4 str (no potential).

Although its 4 below average, would it still be worth buying and 50%ing it? I can't afford an above average one.
