That change never made it to the official servers. The defense cap is still 9,999 in KMS.

Calculate it.

The formula for the higher numbers of your damage range is : 1.25*(4*STR+DEX)*(Attack/100)
The formula for the lower numbers of your damage range is : maximum damage range * 0.8

Once you have those numbers, multiply them by 1.30 to calculate what your damage would be with Ittou Ryoudan activated.

You actual range [i]will[/i] be higher than those numbers, though not by much. Why? Because you also need to calculate how much defense you will have, because Hayato has a skill that increases your damage by 0.5% for every 100 points of defense you have.
