Scarlion and Targa and
I'm not sure if Nexon has said anything of it so not expecting anyone to know.
but they don't attack. Neither do some other bosses out in the area.
Does anyone know if it was an intentional nerf or just glitched?
Right now they're nothing more than punching bags which is rather boring.

for some reason this happens to some bosses for a certain amount of time. like for a while, ani never used any magic attacks. but now he's normal o.o

save some money on potions [/quote]not at all.. If I'm going to fight a boss I want to fight something entertaining. Log onto MS and go stand next to a building in-game somewhere. Now start casting an attack towards the wall.
Do that for a good 5+ minutes.

Cause that's how these boss battles are.
To fight Scarlion and Targa I literally put a heavy object on my shift key and sit back until I need to use the attack again or re-buff.
I was thinking why my priest wasn't really needed during a scar/targa run...
ugh. tell me about it. if you safespot scar, all you do is hold down a button and grab some food :l

I don't mean touch damage..
They used to use actual attacks, not just walk around mindlessly. They haven't used their regular attacks for a long long time.
odd i killed them last night they are attackin just fine
