Decent skills you mean you really can get skills on items?

My question is..

How much would you say a hat with mystic door is worth? Specifically a hat that has to be sok'd. Saw one in a store for 1b and the c/o was 750. Idk if he woulda' sold it for that or not. The hat was an unscrolled cczak, one stat under average.

How much would that hat or a similar one sell for?
