Horntail glitched? wat. then how
I've heard people say Horntail was glitched and that only 30 people or something could enter after each server restart while the others would get a message saying they already went.
If this is true then why do I see HT exped congratulations message every hour? Wouldn't those messages only pop up right after the game came online?

Thats the kind of control I talk about. I know that not everyone who kills HT are hackers, but they decide who enters and manage prices as well.

Those 30 people who sign up on ch 8 and 9 (60 total) can go twice every 24 hours. All those messages means those same 60 people are killing HT.

This is pretty much correct. Lets say the SC ended 45 minutes ago and 28 people got on the "list". That means you can get a party of 2 and duo HT. Once you two enter the map with HT's first head you two will be on the "list". After the list is full you can only solo if you're on the list.
