You can get the free quest accepter from Tot and accept the quest and then finish it, if the monsters are still around.
yes you will need a hyper tele rock or a family tele to get in though.
you look awesome!
he should be in nlc big tower but tower is enable to enter, you need teleport rock or hyper teleport rock to get inside tower.
