Quick couple questions
Does innocencing an anvilled item take away the effects of the anvil?
and also, recently the 100% scroll success items from root abyss allowed us to enhance it without blowing again, is it fixed yet or can we still enhance it fifteen times right this moment?

As for 100% ones, i got no idea. i guess just keep trying
