about vegas spell scrolls
the description says itll work on any scroll thats says it can be vega'd. but most scrolls dont say them anymore. can anyone confirm if they still work on a scroll that doesnt say it and nexon just hadnt updated the description?

I think it applies for regular 10%s and 60% for weapons
