well id leave it at 198 attack and let the buyer level it then EE it for that extra attack.
still getting no p/cs as always
It will end up at ~232 w.atk before leveling it up. After leveling it will probably be 235 or something.

Pretty sure it's Reverse, I've seen a Reverse xbow and another one.
103 base, +7 attack scrolls
