I currently have unique 5% boss is that the best I can get or should i recirculate? What other good unique inner abilities are there?

10% Boss is the max you can get on Unique
21 atk appears to be the max for Unique.=
Buff Duration, no clue
5% boss damage is kind of meh, re-circulate if you have lots of Circulators to blow.
%Buff Duration, +Attack and %Critical Rate are good ones in the Unique tier.
Keep, unless you have hundreds of circulators left.
Keep in mind that you have a risk of downgrading back to rare after a few hundred circulators though lol
