Yulia/Tinkerer Quests Gone
I have a Tinkerer's chest but I can't find the NPC that starts the quest anymore, as I'm pretty sure the Tinkerer event ended. I'm guessing that this was a mistake by Nexon. Hopefully they do something to fix this, unless Yulia is actually still hanging around somewhere and I just haven't found her...
