Here's how I do it. I kill all the parts without dying which ins't hard to do. Which gives me 5 death counts to kill the head. I don't avoid the 1 hko and he does it like 3-4 times before I kill him. Which gives me 2-1 death counts to spare. So if you don't die killing the other parts you should be fine if your fast enough.

@Anthoy84 It's usually not the hands, I avoid those.. it's probably the enemies, I never payed attention to them lol. Thanks!
OHKO is either the hands slamming down on you, the reddish breath attack that draws your character to the middle, or when 5 of the monsters get to the middle (counter above your head reaches 5) you instantly get OHKO'd.
Not sure about how much HP it has.
