Are Reverse Db masks still obtainable via gachapon?

Best idea would to get to commerci and make enough Denaros on voyages to buy a sw tattoo. If you like the look of the your current mask, fuse it. Then add 1 attack with the Gollux accessory scroll (it's 90% don't blow it up). Then use red coins and buy nothing but incredible chaos scroll of goodness to get good att on it. At least you will have a high tier face accessory that way (I'm doing the same atm).

Eh.
I'd have to put a lot of effort into one of the SC Face Accessories to make it better than my face currently. Only reason I'd do it to a Reverse DB mask is because it's account trade-able.
Circumstances may have been different if it was PSOK/SOK-able. Oh well.
